Yesterday on January 14th, 2021 around 1 p.m. I was received very unfriendly by the staff there (tall, overweight woman), which is why I preferred not to buy it there.

Wait 15 minutes for a Mc Menu? Thought MCD is a fast food chain. Too few staff for the very long line. Employees overwhelmed and as always ... ice machine defective ...

They do NOT have any offers (i.e. almost no discounts available), the store is very small and only has about half of the normal products!

So in my opinion it tastes very dry and not like at another Mc Donalds branch! The staff reacts strangely if you don't understand them the first time because many have an accent! The ice machine has been broken for weeks! I can recommend the branch in GROßPÖSNA!

Always clean and friendly service. Over the years, with rare staff changes, there is almost a personal relationship between guest and service staff. Restrictions due to Corona are justified, are fully accepted and will end at some point.

Very friendly staff at the entrance. Eating as usual OK, but a disaster since the switch to the new ordering system! If I have to queue for 5-10 minutes in the fast food restaurant, something goes wrong! Since the meal is no longer ready and "fresh" is being prepared, I go to McDonalds less often because the waiting really annoys me. In addition, the food is now almost always cold (in every branch) ?! In the past the burgers were lying around for 2-3 minutes before going out. Now they come freshly prepared, but are they cold ?! @Operations: Fail!
